A GEORGE II MAHOGANY BOOKCASE CIRCA 1750 With glazed doors enclosing two shaped shelves 183cm high, 113cm wide, 48cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use Chips and losses, splits and cracks The glass panes are old, they have natural variation and 'waves' to them, one lower pane with old cracks to the corners and another upper pane with crack to one corner The internal shelves are shaped, these do not look like originals, their overall maximum depth is 38.5cmInterior is dirty and marked, there is a locking arm to one door and a later bolt too, the other door with old lock and with a key that operates at time of report, two of the shelf runners are detached (one is present and one is missing), some later blocks also to support the lower shelfPlease see additional images for visual reference to condition and appearance Condition Report Disclaimer
