THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM LP (NUMBER 0004789 - ORIGINAL UK MONO COPY). A tremendously low numbered original UK mono copy of the famed eponymous double LP from The Beatles. Please note the overall grading of the sleeve is G. There are a number of paper tears along the top edge and also noted is quite heavy shelf wear (partially split at the 'top' section). Elsewhere however the embossed number is in clear order with the inside section of the gatefold sleeve also clean. With some scuffs and minor ringwear on the reverse. Housed with 2 posters (one partially split, the other missing 'half'), the four original photos and repro black inners. Record 1 (original pressing without EMI credit) is in G+ condition with surface marks and a couple of feelable scratches, record 2 ('second' run with EMI credit) is in similar G+ condition showing some surface marks and a few light and feelable scratches.

A fine Victorian teak and gilt brass fitted campaign chest of drawers, by Army & Navy CSL, late 19th century,: in two sections; the rectangular top of the upper part with inset protective brass strengtheners and brackets at the corners and front centre; above two short drawers, the right one with inset ivorine maker's plaque, above a long drawer; the lower section with two further long drawers; on turned feet; 104cm high, 99cm wide, 46cm deep; complete with original painted and metal bound pine packing cases, each with twin panel doors, inscribed MAJOR H.Y.Beale 9th Regt., and Major Beale Norfolk Regt respectively; the packing cases themselves designed for use as cupboards when not housing the campaign chests, each with a removable shelf, the lower section with four turned feet; when stacked, the cases 123cm high, 106cm wide, 52cm deepBiography Commissioned in 1881 Beale served mostly in India and South Africa and was well decorated for his efforts. He retired in 1903 after command of the 3rd Battalion of the Norfolks, but was re-engaged for service at the outbreak of the Great War. He was promoted Lieutenant Colonel two years later, matching his late father Lieut Colonel H.G. Beale's rank, (India Staff Corps)
German walnut shelf clock, HAC movement striking on a gong, 41cm.Condition report:Pendulum and key are present. It appears to wind and tick over, and the strike works. We cannot gaurantee it will keep time. Case is generally ok, there is some of the metal detailed mount above the dial missing.
George III oak dresser, delft rack with cavetto cornice, shaped frieze, two fixed shelves with later panelled back, the base with a rectangular top, mahogany crossbanding, three frieze drawers, cabriole legs, width 182cm, depth 48cm, height 206cm.Condition report:There is repairs to the veneer to the drawers and there is some loss to the strips of veneer to the front of the drawers. There is reapir to the edges of the top and is showing some chips to corners. The shelfs on the rack show repairs and there is crack to the middle shelf on the right side. There are some parts of wood missign to the top on the sides. The planks are separating in places. Showing rubbing and wear to most edges and surfaces.
French Art Nouveau walnut occasional table, serpentine rectangular top, splayed legs joined by a shelf, the top 69x47cm, height 72cm.Condition report:The top has two splits extending from one side, both extending approximately 10inches. There is a dark ring mark to the top and fading and marks across the entire top. The frame has some movement. One support has heavy old worm activity and an old repair. Some old worm holes to the under shelf.
G Plan 1960s teak modular display unit comprising three matching cabinets, each with two glazed doors above open shelf, on lower cupboards with single drawer above two cupboard doors, matching low cupboard and a similar secrétaire dresser, in five sections, with labels, 199cm high, 84cm wide, overall approximately 402cm wide, and 46cm deep.
