CONDITION REPORT CITES certificate no.595531/01.There is a shelf missing from the right-hand cupboard, there are several marks to the side including one deep scratch. Some mould to the side, which appears to be wipeable. Usual light wear and tear, but in general good condition.

All the toys in Sarah's (Jennifer Connelly) bedroom foreshadow characters she meets later on her adventure: a Goblin King (David Bowie) statuette, a Sir Didymus stuffed toy, a wooden labyrinth game, and Hoggle bookends. The right-side bookend was visible on screen, though the other half of the pair was not. This particular bookend was made to be used on the left side of the shelf, and differs slightly in pose from the right-hand version seen on screen. It is made of cast resin and depicts Hoggle as he looked when Sarah first encountered him. There is loss of paint work to the dial which itself as slipped from its mounts. There is some minor veneer loss but the printed glass door to case is in good order.
