Paint chips/flakes overall. Splits across top of dressing table. Splits to sides of dressing and chest of drawers. Wardrobe: Splits to sides, interior with half hanging rail and half shelves. Fitted hooks to top is a pull out tray, may need some attention to get to fit back in.Chips/losses partly to lock area. Side of cornice detached.Pot cupboard: one paint very chipped and `distressed`, other generally OK. Usual wear.
