A 19th Century Continental gilt metal girandole, the rectangular mirror plate with galleried and torch and ribbon surmount, flanked by pilaster decoration, the semi-circular galleried shelf above lion mask and scrolling acanthus decoration, with rectangular bevelled mirror plate, the gilt metal stamped verso "2160", 47 cm high x 22 cm wide.
An 18th Century oak black lacquered and chinoiserie decorated chest on chest, the upper section with moulded cornice above three short and three long graduated drawers on a base of one long and three short drawers over a shaped apron to square tapering cabriole legs and pad feet, 106 cm wide x 171 cm high. CONDITION REPORTS Left-hand panel, back bottom right-hand corner of the top section has split, there are several areas of disintegration to the right-hand edge of both the moulding and straight edge, has cracks and flaking all over, middle section of moulding has "chunks" missing to the corner and edges, lower section has splits, flaking and rough finishes to the dovetail joints all over, the two right-hand legs are worn especially to the front, front of the cabinet has areas of flaking all over especially the second drawer left-hand side and the fourth drawer, there are various areas of loss all over especially the third drawer down, lady on right's skirt and the dog's head on the fourth drawer down, the base has flaking, splits, etc. all over, and a screw is visible on the bottom right-hand corner, drawer liners have splits and have had alterations and repairs, drawer shelf for the third drawer down is split at the back causing issue opening the fourth drawer, the lock on the fourth drawer is missing, carcass structure has had alterations and repairs, left-hand side top section has splits and flaking and appears to have been touched up along the edges, middle section of moulding has some splits and there are knocks to the corners, lower section has splits, legs are worn conducive with age and use especially front (see photos for further details).

An Arts & Crafts Moorish style mahogany writing desk in the manner of Christopher Dresser, with single shelf and two drawer supastructure above writing surface with two side drawers below, raised on four outstretched turned legs 125 x 65 x 50cm (49 x 25 x 20in) The baize top is worn and torn, lifting at the edges. There is a water mark to the shelf. The front corner joints to the supastructure have been repaired. General wear commensurate with age and use.
Pierre Vandel Paris, Bordeaux red lacquered suite of furniture including a sideboard, shelf units, coffee and side tables,In used condition, wear conducive to use ie. scuffs and scratches, one corner support missing for tiered shelving (similar shown in photograph), damage to glass in places (see images) one square bevelled glass inset not present, I believe the inlay to be coloured glass.
