AN 18TH CENTURY WALNUT BUREAU BOOKCASE in two parts, the interior of the upper half fitted one shelf and a later constructed tier of pigeon holes, central cupboard enclosed by glazed panel doors with shaped cornice and herringbone crossbanding and two candleslides, the interior of the lower half with a central cupboard, an arrangment of stepped drawers and pigeon holes and a central well enclosed by a fall front with two short and two long drawers below, brass handles on bracket feet, 38" wide and 85" high.
