A 17th Century Italian Walnut Cabinet, with moulded edge to top, fitted one shelf enclosed by a pair of doors with applied lozenge-shaped mouldings and conforming sides, and on bracket feet, 39ins wide x 23ins deep x 37ins highTo the top there is some general heavy scattered scratching and darker staining, around all three front edges of the top there is some rubbing and general edge knocks. On the left hand side there is a small shrinkage split on the moulding running horizontally around 1ins long. Between the two planks that make up the door at the top there is a shrinkage line or split running horizontally from one end to the other. On the right hand side of the top there is a small area of veneer repair in a triangular section. Flight holes present to the back evidence of historic woodworm. On the right hand side there is a shrinkage split running vertically from one end to the other, the same on the left hand side. Key is present and locking mechanism works. General heavier wear to the plinth base and feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.
A 20th Century Macasser Ebony and Applewood Detailed Dwarf Bow-Front Corner Cupboard of George III Design, by Michael Westgate, the top with matched veneer panels and crossbanded, the interior veneered in birch, fitted one shelf enclosed by a pair of oval figured panelled doors with striped crossbanding, carved oval applewood escutcheons, on square tapered supports, 35ins wide x 24.5ins deep x 33ins high Provenance: Private Commission 2001 To the top there is some general light scattered scratching and some areas of light staining or watermarks. On the cross banded front edge there are some signs of shrinkage with small vertical lines each around 2ins long. Around all three edges of the top there is some general rubbing and slight edge knocks. Key is present and locking mechanisms work. Some light general heavier wear to the legs commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.

A Late 19th/Early 20th Century Oak Sideboard of "Arts & Crafts" Design, the upper part with shaped and cut out upstand and bevelled mirror plate to back, the base fitted two frieze drawers, central cupboard under, flanked by two pot cupboards, and inset with stained glass panels, on conforming shaped bracket feet, 54ins wide x 20ins deep x 73ins highAt the top on the edge of the mirror shelf there is some general rubbing and slight edge knocks. To the left hand side the upright has a shrinkage split running vertically around 4ins long and the same at the base of the same upright. At the top of the base there is some general light scattered scratching and darker staining (water marks). Around all three front edges of the top there is general rubbing and slight edge knocks. The item is unevenly faded on the front side. The drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. General heavier wear to the base commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.
An Old Oak Bedside Cabinet, with moulded and dentil cornice, arcaded frieze, fitted one shelf enclosed by a panelled door, flanked by baluster turned uprights and on square supports, 19ins wide x 14ins deep x 30ins highGeneral scattered heavy scattered scratching to the top and darker staining abd some circular water marks. In between the two planks that make up the top there is a horizontal shrinkage split running from one end to the other. On the right hand side there is a horizontal shrinkage split around 8ins long and further down there is a shrinkage split running horizontally from one end to the other. Around all three front edges to the top there are general edge knocks and rubbing. To the door at the base there is a vertical shrinkage split around 12ins long. At the front and especially at the back there are flight holes present evidence of historic woodworm. General heavier wear to the base and feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.

A Victorian mahogany bookcase cupboard, circa 1840, of inverted breakfront form, the cornice above four glazed panel doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the base section with four arched panel doors, on a plinth base, H 237cm, W 169cm, D 45cmCondition Report: In good condition overall and of a good colour. There is a large key which opens the doors to the base and the two upper glazed doors. There is a smaller key which opens the pair of central upper glazed doors. There are 11 adjustable shelves to the top and 3 small and one long shelf to the base. 15 in total. There is an old split/repair to the lower left side and a 9cm small old split to the right side at the edge. See attached image.

A glass and chrome coffee table, 20th century, the rectangular top on four perspex column supports united by a chrome frame with second glass tier below43.5 x 130 x 75cmThere is a chip to ther corner of the lower glass shelf, a scratch about 20cm long across the top of upper shelf on one corner. There are losses and tarnishing to the chrome throughout. There are minor chips to the perspex legs where contact with the glass shelf. Label residue on the glass.
