A 1930's Queen Anne revival walnut display cabinet, with two barred glazed doors flanking a central glazed section over three drawers and foliate carved triple saltire stretcher, on beaded and fluted bun feet, W.4ft 10in. D.1ft 4in. H.4ft 10.5in.CONDITION: Overall of good rich dark toffee brown colour, in a fine state of polish, a little faded on the left hand upper side, comes with one central glass shelf, interior fabric looks a little faded, doors both have keys to working locks, drawers have original locks but no key, underframe with some very minor scuffing and denting but overall this is in good condition.
A mid 18th century oak dresser, with boarded three shelf rack, three long drawers and two panelled doors on shaped bracket feet, W.5ft 10in. D.1ft 8in. H.7ft 2in.CONDITION: Rack probably associated with the base and has certainly had later boarding to the back, otherwise in fair but used condition, top of the base with typical scratches wear and dents from use, front with a light golden oak to mid brown tone, original locks but no key, central panel to the front has a horizontal split, fair wear and tear to the feet.
A George III mahogany display cabinet, with blind fret carved swan neck pediment and two astragal glazed doors over two short and one long drawer, on ogee bracket feet, W.4ft 7in. D.1ft 8in. H.8ft 3in.CONDITION: A good-looking piece that is probably adapted from a plainer example. Blind-fret pediment looks later. One small loss of crossbanding to the left door. Key works door lock but no key for drawers. Top and bottom shelves have three slots to adjust the height but middle shelf is fixed. Handles later. Good rich colour and state of polish.
A Victorian ormolu mounted ebonised and pietra dura pier cabinet, with highly ornate ormolu mounts depicting foliate motifs, laurel wreath figures and musical putti, the single door inset with a hardstone panel of fruit and flowers in an urn, W.3ft 2in. D.1ft 7in. H.3ft 11.5in.CONDITION: Some slight chipping around the edges of the top with one split running from the right handside inwards approx. 15 inches, ormolu mounts all with some degree of oxidisation but still bright, one strip of brass inlay has sprung from the left hand side, rubbing at the bottom where the door catches against the plinth, door has working lock with key, interior is the original natural oak with a single shelf, some scuffing around the plinth base commensurate with age and use.
