One unit with slight dent to rear of top surface. One unit with extensive oxidisation marks to interior. Small two drawer unit with some more visible scratches to top surface. One of the tables has a loss to laminate to one corner of table top.

Moleiro, Barcelona, 2004, QTY: (2)NOTE:Limited edition 159/987. Very scarce, only one copy recorded at auction.Known as the 'Golf Book', the book was created by the famous miniature illuminator Simon Benning in his Bruges workshop around 1540. Under the September calendar leaf, the miniature depicts four people playing a game appearing to be golf, hence its popular name, the original manuscript kept in the British Library. A few of the other illustrations show people playing other games and pastimes

A 19th Century French kingwood and marquetry inlaid vitrine in the Louis XV taste, with all over gilt brass embellishments, with caddy top over a serpentine fronted glazed door, flanked by two glazed side panels enclosing a glass shelf, over a fall front secretaire cabinet/writing surface, with recess over four small drawers, raised on splayed square tapered cabriole supports, capped by ram's heads, on hoof feet, 82 cm wide x approx 43 cm deep x 174 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Missing one shelf. Smells of smoke to the interior. The interior lining appears to be a replacement. The fall front falls down and is self-supporting, however would not want to put much pressure on it. In some areas the metal work is coming away from the main wood body or carcass. There are splits and repairs variously throughout the woodwork. Predominently there are splits along the centre of the three marquetry medallions and some small losses as well as an area of loss to the veneer on the apron and the very top corners have been patched/filled where the veneer has been lost. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details

A 1844 edition of William Siborne’s ‘Plates to History of the War in France & Belgium in 1815’. Featuring 11 battle map plates and a map featuring a part of France. Half calf binding, with gilt lettering to the spine, and marbled boards back and front. The map plates show several battles from the era, including Waterloo, with the battle lines shown at different times during the day. Inscription to first page for ‘Mary De Winton Maesllwch(?) Breconshire’, who was part of the well known De Winton family of Maesllwch Castle. Approximately 44.2cm x 32.3cm. Condition: signs of use age, plus shelf wear. As small tear to the calf leather spine near the top, plus overall fading to the edge. The marbled boards show some scuff marks, and surface scoring, but would appear to be complete. Some foxing to the pages, and an old repair to the edge of the plate featuring the Field of Ligny.

With carved vines and floral motifs cascading along the center of the cabinet door. Stamped along the lower edge of the right panel "Ateliers Gauthier-Poinsignon Nancy."Height: 57 in x width: 27 in x depth: 15 in.Condition: There are no major losses. Irregular fading to the backboard. Along the left side, there are two apparent repairs to splits that run vertically along the upper third of the panel and there is some discoloration, possibly water damage. The door is minutely ajar and there are extremely light scratches where the lock meets the frame of the door. Key included; lock works.
