A late 19c English double fusee wall clock in 'Boardroom' type case with built in wall bracket. The movement is chain driven and strikes on a bell and has an 8in diam flat white dial and cast bezel with flat glass. The mahogany case has a flat wooden outer bezel and carved corner decorations sitting on the flat wall shelf which is supported by two scrolling brackets. The clock is 16in tall overall.

A pair of bedside cabinets, each with bowed front and single drawer with open aperture and raised on cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. Width 40 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both cabinets are generally in good condition with no significant damage, no repairs and no restoration. Both have some minor blemishes and scuffs around the pad feet and one has faint ring marks on the shelf. There is no evidence of any woodworm. On one cabinet where the drawer front is dovetailed to the side rail there is slight movement and a timber loss to the upper edge. When the drawer is shut this is not visible.
An Edwardian inlaid mahogany and satinwood crossbanded dumbwaiter, with rear upstand, two drawers, open shelf and pair of cupboard doors, all raised on short turned legs terminating in castors. Width 106 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The dumbwaiter is in generally extremely good condition. It has a good original colour and there are no significant marks or stains to either of the shelved areas. The colour is generally very good. The only minor issue is that the castor to the left-hand rear leg is loose and there is a stress fracture part way up the rear leg. This is a minor issue which should be easily rectified. Height including upstand 124 cm, depth 43 cm.
