Lot 613
A Chinese cherry wood table top display cabinet with various shelving and two pairs of carved cupboard doors over two drawers on a plinth base CONDITION REPORTS Approx 43 cm wide x 53.5 cm high x 17.5 cm deep. There is damage to the top right hand corner. The top two tier shelf is loose and uneven. There is a section of moulding missing to the middle section and a finial missing from the top of the cupboard at the top of the unit at the front. Some small splits to the pierced decoration. Otherwise general wear and tear to include surface scratches, etc. In need of a good clean as it is quite dusty. It would seem that there has been a repair to the right hand side top. Lot 553
A Victorian mahogany apothecary cabinet with three large glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelving on a base with mirrored back and three glazed doors enclosing further adjustable shelves raised on a plinth support CONDITION REPORTS Approx 187.5 cm wide x 267.5 cm high. Has general wear and tear. Comes into two pieces, the top glazed section and the bottom glazed and mirrored section. The pediment appears to be a replacement, the top and bottom match with the applied decoration to the glasswork, the handles, back boards etc - however, there appears to be something missing from the middle section or possibly is from two different areas of the fitting. The sides appear to have been attached to something else previously. The moulding to the top of the mirrored section is different to that of the shelf below - see images for example. There are missing areas of moulding to the edges - see images for examples of damage etc Some shelves appear to be replacements and have been re-painted in the interior. Has general wear and tear, surface scratches, wear to the varnish, dust, chipping etc all conducive with age and use. One handle is loose but present - see images for further details
Lot 566
A 1930's burr walnut and cross banded and herringbone strung bow fronted linen press with acanthus carved and flowerhead decoration, the two upper doors enclosing a shelf and four linen shelves over two long drawers raised on carved squat cabriole supports to pad feet CONDITION REPORTS Approx 164 cm high. Some areas of surface scratching particularly to the top edges. Areas of rubbing to the interior where the drawers have been in and out. There is a large scratch to the front bottom door and some to the drawers as well as some flaking of the veneer. Some discolouration to the wood predominantly on the sides. Otherwise has general wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further details.

1906 C. S. Rolls & Co., Brochure. An original and very rare landscape-format publicity book printed by Wass Pritchard & Co., with 99pp and its original card cover. Printed in red and black, and featuring many monochrome images of various coach-built styles on 10hp, 15hp, 20hp and 30hp chassis. Highly detailed text, to include specifications, letters, cost of maintenance, manufacture and newspaper reports. Now hardbound in vellum, yet retaining its original grey card cover and embossed lettering. It is now housed in a dark blue cloth covered slipcase with a c1907 Rolls-Royce insignia in gilt on the front, an action that has significantly enhanced its current condition, albeit with the loss of its ribbon tie. Given the vellum binding, this rare brochure was possibly part of the John Schroder collection as the covers and slipcase are typical of his renovation style. In very good condition, the original front page with a gentle vertical crease, the cover a little soiled through handling, and the slipcase shelf-worn, but with a nice patina (1)
