An Art Deco figured walnut cocktail cabinet, having typical twin hinged upper compartment enclosing mirrored interior with sundry contents, over twin cupboard doors housing integral shelf over bottle holder compartment, with shaped chrome and ivorine inset handles, h.117.5cm, w.64cm, d.38cm.Approx. 3.5 x 3cm patch repair to veneer to back right corner of top surface.A large area of the front doors with central crazing and surface fading.Scuffed area of approx. 7x1cm to lower left corner near fallfront compartment.Some spots of treated woodworm close to the veneer patch repair, and to front edge of top pane.Small veneer losses to edged extremities.Some fading to surfaces and general age wear throughout.
A 1970s teak Ladderax modular wall unit, comprising 2ft single fall-front cupboard, single 2ft cabinet with twin clear glass sliding doors, single 2ft adjustable teak shelf, three 3ft adjustable teak shelves, and three black painted metal laddered upright supports, with a total of 12 of each gilt metal connecting bars.Approx. 11cm scratch to back left hand corner of top surface of sliding door cabinet.Twin holes drilled through sides of each cupboard towards top rear area.Glass shelf broken and no longer present in the lot.
