A mid 19th century mahogany bonheur du jour, the panelled superstructure with a shelf on turned supports to a platform with three drawers, the frieze drawer with adjustable writing rest and lidded compartments, the two panelled doors below flanked by columns continuing into turned feet, 143cm. high x 72cm. wide.
Fine Quality Late C19th Art Nouveau Mahogany Display Cabinet Profusely Inlaid with various exotic woods and engraved pewter inlays with shaped base with cabriole supports to two panelled Marquetry doors under glazed centre section with square section pillar supports to each side with centre and top panel decorated with stylized flowers to a short shaped cornice, the whole velvet lined with single fixed shelf, 52 inches wide, 69 inches high, 17 inches deep.
A TEAK SHIP'S WASHSTAND the moulded top with three holes for jug, soap dish and cup, with turned baluster supports over an open shelf, above moulded panel fall front enclosing a fitted wash basin, and a further moulded panel door, with brass handles and circular brass vents to either side, 56cm (1'10") x 136cm (4'1 1/2") x 21.5cm (8 1/2").
