Two 19th Century carved oak bookcases, 120cm wide and 99cm wide CONDITION REPORT: These are not a pair, 23cm difference in width. The carved pillars to sides are of different designs, one has ratchet type shelf adjustments, the other with turned support adjustments. Larger bookcase with loose and one missing back panel.
A French kingwood vitrine of serpentine outline with gilt metal mounts, the glazed door with painted Vernis Martin style panel below, 72.5cm wide x 184cm high x 45cm deep/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: The early 20th century vitrine is in generally good condition, slight veneer lifting throughout, the gilt metal door surmount is loose, there is damage to the door where surmount was secured, the interior has been fitted with strip lights and there are noticeable small holes to the front door painting, the door is very slightly warped but with gentle persuasion it shuts, the glass is in good condition, one shelf with noticeable chip.

AN 18TH CENTURY WELSH OAK TRIDARN of pegged construction, the upper panelled hood with turned columns, the central section with turned finials and two doors flanking an arching panel, all over two fielded panel doors and standing on stile feet, 131cm wide x 55cm deep x 188cm high Condition: with old repairs particularly to the front left portion of the cornice, signs of brackets to either side for a small shelf within the hooded portion, the lock to the upper left door replaced, the lock to the upper right door lacking, repairs to the lower right door with lock replaced, the handles and escutcheons possibly replacements, the left door with restoration needed to the upper and lower portions relating to the pin hinges, restoration to the moulding around the door lower left, the lower left leg a replacement, repairs to the back right leg, some slight signs of old woodworm, marks, dents and scratches commensurate with age and use
