An early 18th century Georgian walnut bureau bookcase, of narrow proportions with architectural pediment (glass missing). Height 200 cm, width 68 cm, depth 47 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The bureau bookcase is in generally good condition. The cornice is in good order all round. The door is in good condition also. The lock is present but we do not have a key. The shelf fronts are in good order. The door has a very slight warp but would close flush should the key be present. The slide is missing its knob handle. The sides of the top are in good order as are the sides of the base. The flap is not warped, the leather is in good order. The lock is present but we do not have a key. The stepped interior is in good order. The handles and lock escutcheons are not original but do cover the original handle holes. All drawer fronts are in good condition. The bracket feet are later replacements. The backboards are in good order.
A 19th century Georgian style waterfall bookcase, with lower drawer and raised on bracket feet. Height 102.5 cm, width 62 cm, depth 26.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The bookcase is structurally sound and in generally good order. The top shelf has old ring and watermarks. The shelf beneath has three watermark spots. The sides both have minor stress fractures to the timber but no significant splits or cracks. The drawer runs smoothly. The bracket feet are in good order all round. There is no evidence of any woodworm.
A late Victorian pollard oak mirror backed sideboard, with shelf to back and fitted with drawers and cupboards flanked by canted angles. Height 220 cm, width 190 cm, depth 66 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top separates from the base. The superstructure is generally in good condition with no issues other than minor blemishes and marks that one would expect from a piece of this age. Both mirror plates are showing signs of perishing around the edges and the centre of the lower mirror plate. The top of the base is in generally good condition with only one small watermark and no splits. The sides of the base also have no splits. The doors are not warped and all drawers are present. The plinth base is a little scuffed and marked in places and there is some loose veneer to the front right-hand corner and slightly less so to the left. The ebonised plinth base edge has scuffs and marks as one would expect.

Boards have mild shelf-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine.

Illustrated Edition Of The Arabian Nights: The Book Of The Thousand Nights And A Night, Translated From The Arabic (Twelve Book Volume Set). 1894. Black cloth with elaborate gilt stamped decoration and lettering. Quarto. Illustrated. Some shelf wear and scuffing to boards. Corners slightly bumped and frayed. Gilt clear and bright. Variable sunning to spines, with some mildly cocked. Boards slightly bowed. Previous booksellers inscription to front pastedown of one volume. Bindings are loose of some volumes. Page edges are somewhat brittle. Despite mild foxing in places, pages are predominantly bright as well as clean and unmarked. Altogether a complete set in Very Good condition.
LINDA HOYLE - PIECES OF ME LP (UK VERTIGO SWIRL - 6360 060). A scarce copy of Pieces Of Me, the 1971 debut by jazz-rock singer Linda Hoyle's Vertigo (6360 060, 1971 UK pressing on Vertigo. Swirl labels are bright and clean with some light spindle wear around the centre holes. Comes with original swirl inner sleeve. The record is lovely strong VG+, has a couple of light paper marks on each side/ the gatefold sleeve has edge shelf wear and tape around all 4 edges, G+).
THE BEATLES - LET IT BE LP (ORIGINAL UK 'PXS 1' SET). A well-presented example of the original 'PXS 1' release of Let It Be by The Beatles. The record (PCS 7096 3U/3U) is in strong VG+ condition displaying a small number of hairline paper marks. The red apple original sleeve is in glossy, bright VG+ condition, and has a little edge shelf wear. Includes the scarce 'inner' tray that houses The Get Back book which is in beautiful glossy shape with some minor edge storage wear. The 'outer' tray is in VG condition and has creasing to the flaps. The outer slipcase sleeve is in clean Ex condition.
ORGANISATION - TONE FLOAT LP (UK RCA - SF 8111). A lovely example of the scarce 1970 LP Tone Float by experimental German composers Organisation (SF 8111, 1970 UK stereo pressing on RCA Victor. Orange labels have a name written at the top of the side 2 label, otherwise lovely and glossy. The record has a number of light surface marks, nothing feelable, VG/ the sleeve has some heavy edge shelf wear, light ring wear and some light creasing, VG).
