An oak open bookcase with seven shelves, in the Arts and Crafts manner CONDITION REPORTS Has three pegs missing. Appears to have had a modern addition to the top shelf as a back support and has screw marks, possibly where it was held against a wall. Both sides show signs of warping and splitting. Has surface scratching, staining etc conducive with age and use. one foot has been off and re-stuck. See images for more details.

A dentist's style walnut cabinet, the pierced three quarter gallery above a tambour front enclosing a mirrored interior having a marble shelf and an arrangement of 14 drawers, above two frieze drawers and a pair of panel doors below, on a plinth base, 71 cm wide See illustration Condition report Report by GH The Dentist's cabinet: Pierced gallery around the top - there is evidence of damage and re-gluing along the left hand side and also on the left hand side, a piece of dowel, which allows the gallery to fix to the top of the unit is missing, otherwise it is good with chips and scratches commensurate with age. The top of the cabinet has ring marks, old scratches and marks and wear commensurate with age. Moving down the ebonised moulding, has evidence of scratches and knocks all the way round. Moving down to the shutter style door, this operates smoothly but has one of the turned handles missing. The interior of the cabinet: The internal mirrors have some silvering and foxing to the glass but no cracks or damage. The marble is also in good condition with only some minor chips to the edges. Moving down to the array of small drawers, the top left drawer has a missing turned handle, which does not appear to be present. Moving down the brushing slide appears to have its original felt covering which is stained and worn commensurate with age. Moving down, the frieze drawers also, what appears to be the original felt lining, in good used condition with both handles present. Both cupboard doors appear to have all moulding present, however, there are two large areas of veneer loss towards the centre of the unit on both doors, and the plinth also all present but chipped, dented and scratched with use. Both sides of the unit are also in reasonably good condition, the left hand side of the unit has more sun fading than the right, and both display stains, chips and dents etc. It should also be noted that there do not appear to be any keys present with this piece. A late Victorian/Edwardian rosewood and inlaid cabinet of small proportions, the moulded edge rectangular top surmounted by an arched inlaid back inset with a bevel edge mirror and bowed centre shelf, fall front hinged inlaid door enclosing storage space, the whole supported on turned and reeded legs with stretchers to back and sides and short shelf, ceramic castors, 117cm high by 66.5cm wide by 43cm deep

LATE 18th CENTURY WELSH OAK POT BOARD DRESSER, the later boarded rack having moulded cornice over reeded edge shelves and with shaped sides over a row of spice drawers and dummy drawers, the projecting base with three moulded frieze drawers having later turned knobs above a repeat pointed arch frieze with chamfered supports, boarded pot board and stile feet. C. 1790. 84" x 68.5" x 19" (213 x 174 x 48cm). CONDITION REPORT: The back is later boarded, evidence of woodworm to the back edge of the spice drawer shelf, various splits to the top, otherwise good condition commensurate with age. EARLY 19th CENTURY WELSH OAK POT BOARD DRESSER, having boarded three shelf rack back under a moulded cornice with iron hooks, the base with an arrangement of five moulded drawers, three with bone escutcheons around an arched centre with pot board base having gun barrel turned supports on skirted bracket feet. C. 1810. 54.5" x 15.5" x 74" (139 x 40 186cm) CONDITION REPORT: Overall appearing good, minor wear, stains and scratches commensurate with age, odd ink stains, no obvious significant losses.

EARLY 19th CENTURY WELSH OAK DOG KENNEL DRESSER having moulded cornice over three shelf boarded rack back, the base with moulded edge top over three moulded frieze drawers having turned knobs, and above an arched dog kennel flanked by two blind panelled cupboards, standing on stile feet. C. 1830. 83" x 62" x 15" (210 x 153 x 38cm). CONDITION REPORT: Overall fair condition for its age. General wear, scuffs and stains, minor damage to drawer front mouldings, edge mouldings, in places, base boards to dog kennel are loose.

18th CENTURY DESIGN CAST IRON OVER-MANTEL, having broken arch pediment above fluted fan arch with bevelled mirror below, flanked by two arched niches and with under-shelf. 39.5" x 57" x 6" (100 x 145 x 15cm). CONDITION REPORT: No obvious damage or losses. The mirror is discoloured in places. RD 266502 registration mark

VICTORIAN MAHOGANY BREAK FRONT SIDEBOARD, having arched foliate moulded back over small shelf, the break front with three cushion moulded frieze drawers on two foliate moulded, blind panel cupboards with platform bases. 79" wide (190cm). CONDITION REPORT: Overall good condition for age, a little grubby with wear and tear but no serious damage or losses.

19th CENTURY OAK AND PINE CIRCULAR CRICKET TABLE, having triangular under shelf and triangular section chamfered legs. 32" x 31" x 30" (81 x 79 x 76cm) CONDITION REPORT: Top may be a later replacement, appearing one piece but now split through the grain, water marks and minor stains, the base scuffed and worn commensurate with age but overall good.
