A VERY FINE FRENCH LOUIS XV TRANSITIONAL PERIOD STYLE ROSEWOOD AND MARQUETRY GILT BRONZE MOUNTED SMALL TABLE (NECESSAIRE), MID 19TH CENTURY. With modified kidney shaped lift top with conforming finger mold gilt bronze edge raised on saber form legs with gilt bronze foliate mounts and sabots joined by a lower kidney shaped floral marquetry shelf. The underside with gilt label "From studios of the David Zork Company, Chicago". Height 29.75 inches (75.5 cm), width 22.5 inches (57 cm).
CHINESE HUANGHAULI AND PORCELAIN CABINET Chinese Huanghuali wood cabinet having a hinged door to front with one interior shelf. Cabinet is resting on stand. Relief carved designs throughout wood. Door holds a mounted porcelain rectangular plaque with symbol, flowers, leaves and vines. 19th/20th century. Measures 51 1/8" height x 23 1/2" width x 16 1/8" depth (129.8cm x 59.6cm x 40.9cm). Provenance: Sam Feldman Collection.
A Victorian burr walnut mirror back credenza, the carved pediment centred with an oval mirror above shaped base with single drawer above two mirrored cupboard doors flanked by turned uprights and shaped shelf to plinth base and turned feet, width 120cm. CONDITION REPORT: Loose moulding around mirror, top surface has gouge, overall structure is wobbly, a few scuffs and scratches commensurate with age.
