A Good Quality Mahogany and Gilt Metal Mounted Three-Piece Bedroom Suite, circa 1900, comprising a wardrobe with arched canopy above a central cupboard door with bevelled glass plate and egg and dart border, with moulded panel below enclosing a shelf and hanging space flanked by quarter-veneered cupboard doors and eight graduated drawers, on moulded plinth base with carved feet, 203cm by 38cm by 230cm, a dressing chest with circular bevelled plate supported by gilt metal spiral turned supports, the base of two short over two long drawers, 130cm by 60cm by 173cm, and a bedside cupboard with single drawer and moulded cupboard door, 42cm by 37cm by 79cm
~ A 17th Century Joined Oak Boarded Glass Case, the moulded top above guilloche patterned carved shelves, all between stop-fluted stiles, 67.5cm by 16cm by 79cm CONDITION REPORT: Old decay to the back boards. One back board is replaced. The middle shelf has a small loss to the moulded edge, with an associated piece of loose carved moulding. The left-hand moulded upright is nailed on and needs attention.
An Early 18th Century Joined Oak Chest, the hinged lid enclosing a vacant interior above a scrolled frieze with three moulded panels below, all between carved stiles and muntins, 97cm by 53cm by 72cm CONDITION REPORT: Structurally sound. The interior has been fabric lined which is stained. Two later pine batons added possibly for a shelf. Typical old decay (some heavy) particularly around the front-right leg and the rear-left leg.
A George III Oak Circular Cricket Table, early 19th century, the three-plank top above a triangular frame, on chamfered legs joined by a shelf (old decay), 59cm by 61cm CONDITION REPORT: The table has been darkened particularly around the legs. The underside has later plywood screwed to the underside for strengthening. Traces of old decay around the framework and the legs particularly to one of the legs which is heavily decayed.
A George III Oak Cricket Table, early 19th century, the circular top on a painted base with triangular legs joined by circular shelf, 76cm by 72cm CONDITION REPORT: The top section timber is rather dry. Numerous old splits and gaps in the boards. Structure slightly weak and with some heavy decay around legs. The table base has also been stained brown.
A 17th Century Joined Oak Standing Livery Cupboard, the boarded top above a lunette carved frieze and central cupboard door with applied mounts, flanked by cupboard doors and turned supports, a long drawer below, the moulded base as a potboard, 130cm by 47cm by 124cm CONDITION REPORT: The cupboard is in one piece. Timber s rather dry and faded particularly round the front section below the cupboard doors. The top section with natural gap between the two boards. The moulded arch between the two cupboard doors in the middle is split. Some old wormholes to the drawer construction. Previous wormholes which have been partly filled and polished around the cupboard doors. Pot board shelf with various splits. The back board to the verso later. Previous handle marks also visible around the cupboard doors. Small losses to the turned detail on one of the applied mounts.

With a crack to the back right corner of the dished top. Some edge chips throughout, most notably to the top. 36.5cm by 26.5cm by 36.5cmDressing table box with one length and one width section of the rim re glued. Some wear and chips.
