An English Brocatello and statuary marble chimneypiece, c.1830, the jambs surmounted by roundels, 114cm high, 135 wide, 15cm deep; the opening - 98cm high, 54 cm wideCondition Report: Generally in good overall condition with wear and tear consistent with age and use. There are one or two small nicks in areas. The moulded border to the roundel on the right has been restored. There is also a small repair to the lower left corner beneath this roundel. The shelf has a line running across the back edge from left to right. This is where it would have originally been inset into a wall and would not be visible when properly installed in the same way. The chimneypiece would benefit from a gentle clean with soap and water. It is of sectional construction - a shelf, frieze, two jambs and two blocks with the roundels.

An antique carved wall cupboard, the door carved with mythical beasts heads and opening to an internal shelf. Height 69.5 cm, width 48 cm, depth 15 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The cabinet is structurally sound. There is a ring mark to the top shelf behind the fretwork. There are numerous small nibbles around the extremities. The sides of the piece have minor scratches. The door does not shut quite flush but is not significantly warped. All fretwork is present and there do not appear to be any breaks. The lock is present and operates. There are two repair bracing panels behind the door which are only visible when the door is open. There is no evidence of any woodworm.
An Arts & Crafts oak cupboard and combined unit, with stylised fretwork carved sides. Height to top of back 54 cm, width across arms 55 cm, depth 18.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The piece is structurally sound. The shelf has some old ring and liquid marks. The sides and back of the piece are in good order. The doors are not warped and close as they should. The lock is present. It is not locked. We dp not have a key. There is no evidence of any woodworm..
