A mid century rosewood record cabinet, with double fall front with shelved interior on slender tapered legs. Height 103 cm, width 102 cm, depth 40 cm. (A10 certificate/number 23GBA10Y571A0). CONDITION REPORT: The cabinet is in good order showing very light signs of use, scratches etc but nothing majorly untoward. The colour of the entire cabinet is very good. Internally the left-hand side top shelf shows some extensive scratching where a piece of Hi-Fi equipment has been, other than this internally it is just showing signs of use.
A mid Victorian satinwood cupboard/demi linen press, with cornice over double cupboard with two short and three long cockbeaded drawers under, with wooden knob handles. Height 186 cm, width 135 cm, depth 60 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The upper section has two cupboard doors which open and close smoothly on their hinges. There is one fixed shelf intact within that interior. As you move down there are signs of wear to the top of the lower section where the lock on the cupboard doors has been operated. The drawers themselves are all intact, they are sticky when you try to move them. The bottom drawer has some of its cockbeading missing to its left-hand side. There are scratch marks which are significant and visible to the left-hand side of the cupboard. There is also water damage to the cornice and occasional losses both to the side of the veneer and along the top of the cupboard doors and the base of the plinth.
A late Victorian bleached mahogany pot cupboard/bedside cabinet, with crest rail back and door under on plinth base. Height 77 cm, width 39 cm, depth 33 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This is in good order showing age related wear. There is some staining to the top but nothing major. The backboard of the cupboard is split, Internally the shelf is present and is solid.
