Wear consistent with age. Light stains to the desk top and central cabinet units. One dark stain to the front edge of the far right shelf. A couple of the drawers are stiff. Abrasions with some finish loss to the front edge and middle front of file drawer. Chip to the storage compartment where the center vertical support slat has separated. All feet intact. Some extra hardware is included. Sturdy and structurally sound.
