CONDITION REPORT: This lot is in generally good order. The rear pediment is fine as is the top shelf. The cornice has a very small scuff to the top left approximately 4 ins in from the side. This is minor. The door is in good order, the glass intact and the hinges and lock operate correctly. The side panels are both in very good condition with only very minor scuffs and old marks commensurate with the age of the piece. The lock escutcheon from the bureau is missing and there is a shrinkage crack right across the front flap of the bureau. This crack is not open or loose but clearly visible.
