The mark beneath the large band appeared to be dust that we have cleaned off with a sponge, we have uploaded a new photograph to show the cleaned area. Faint white paint marks on the rim that will clean off.

The glass has some surface scratches. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.
