Y A REGENCY ROSEWOOD AND BRASS MARQUETRY SIDE CABINET CIRCA 1820 91.5cm high, 158cm wide, 35cm deep Condition Report: Cabinet with marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Old splits and chips. Some lifting to brass stringing and inlay in places. Old repairs - see images. Section of moulding to one side of the top is detached but present.Some minor undulation to the timber of the top. Later baize lining to the interior of the drawers. This bears the expected wear, tears and some losses. Some glue residue and later small nails to backboards. Half of the lower shelf to the interior has been removed. Old repair to one rear foot where it has been re-attached. Screws and glue have been used and one of the screws pokes through into the interior of the cabinet. There are various splits, losses and glue residue visible where the foot meets the cabinet. The other rear foot is slightly loose. One front foot has various repairs and sections of replacement timber. Some old worm holes visible. Pleated silk to the doors is later and has wear and discolourations. No key present, lock to door is open. Timber catch to the interior of the doors appears to be later and has a section of loss.There is a gap between doors when closed. AN 17TH CENTURY AND LATER OAK DRESSER BASEWith three drawers over three geometric moulded cupboards on bracket feet, 202cm wide; 90cm highCondition report: Inevitable scuffs, scrathes, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.Obvious later elements including handles to the top, later feet, later board to the back with various cut outs (see extra image), later ply board shelf. The join to bracket feet to the right side front corner is opening up. Previously with a superstructure to the top, with shadows and marks to the side and missing section to running the width of the back edge. The internal depth of the bottom half is 43cm. An 18TH CENTURY STYLE OAK DRESSER BASEWith four drawers over four arch panel cupboards, 208cm wide; 89cm highCondition report: To confirm - height is 89cm and width is 208cm. The depth of the top is 42.5cm deep. The internal depth of the shelf is 33.5cm. The overall condition is very good, there are a few inevitable mild scuffs, scrathes, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age. Please see extra images. The dresser is very functional and in good decorative order.
French design walnut pier or display cabinet, the moulded and shaped top above a single glazed door, the interior revealing one shaped shelf above gilded mounts and three porcelain figural plaques, standing on cabriole legs. 55 x 34 x 100cm approximately.(B.P. 21% + VAT) Key is present. Some losses in places to the veneer and some splits to the front left side. Glass appears good. Structurally sound overall. Some wear on the legs, some losses commensurate with age.

Edwardian mahogany inlaid display cabinet, the moulded cornice above blind panel foliate inlaid cupboard, the interior revealing single shelf, flanked by two glazed doors with fitted shelves and velvet interior. Shaped under-tier standing on square tapering legs and spade feet. 123 x 39 x 170cm approximately.(B.P. 21% + VAT) Slightly faded in places. Loss to back left cornice area. Stains and marks to velvet shelving. Overall good usable condition with minor wear and tear commensurate with age.
Victorian French design ebonised and gilded ladies two stage bonheur du jour, the shaped cornice above two glazed doors with fitted shelf above two pull-out drawers, the projecting serpentine shaped base having pull-out drawer revealing writing area on cabriole legs with gilded metal mounts overall. 79 x 52 x 137cm approximately. (B.P. 21% + VAT) In need of attention. Metal banding loose, some detached and missing. Metal moulding at side is loose and needs attention. Keys are present. General wear and tear. Cornice at top has cracks and losses.
Edwardian mahogany high backed, upholstered hall settle having moulded dentil cornice above upper shelf with repoussé leather panels and baluster turned supports, arcade decoration above button upholstered back, stuff over seat, open arms, and on cup and cover supports. 186 x 179 x 80cm approximately.(B.P. 21% + VAT) Minor damage to one arm. A little faded in places. Upholstery good. Leather panels have suffered losses.
Unusual 19th century Welsh pine corner dresser having two shelf open rack back and four frieze drawers over a pot board base with chamfered supports, on bracket feet (not 90 degrees). Two returns 86cm & 96cm, 40cm deep, 192cm high approximately. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Appearing in original condition. Rack may have been reduced. Two replacement pieces of wood on rack. Shrinkage splits to centre bases. ear and losses particularly to feet. Rustic condition overall.

Some water marks and staining. Missing knobs and escutcheon in one point. Wear to lower areas particularly but basically sound.
