A late 19th Century Anglo Indian pierced and carved rosewood Davenport with raised back, fitted open shelf and small drawers above the velour-lined hinged writing slope opening to reveal a storage compartment of short drawers, a panelled door to the side, raised on carved bird and snake mounts, 24in. x 46in. high.
*A good 19th Century oak Side Cabinet in high gothic style, galleried moulded top above single drawer carved with gothic tracery, further over similarly carved panelled door enclosing shelf and two finely carved vertical foliate style panels flanking, with panelled sides and on plinth base, 33.5" wide, illustrated inside back cover
