A REGENCY MAHOGANY CABINET, the pediment with figured tablet and carved rosettes, fitted with an adjustable shelf and enclosed by a pair of glazed doors secured by the sliding centre section, 64cm h; 113 x 21.5cm ++Originally with finials now lacking, also lacking small piece of moulding from the left hand terminal of the pediment; probably originally the upper part of a larger cabinet or bureau. In good and entirely original condition
A Victorian mahogany chiffonier having a foliate scroll crest and applied mouldings to the shaped back with open shelf raised on leaf-capped reverse scroll supports, the "breakfront" base with single frieze drawer flanked by two false drawers above three cupboard doors with applied arched rectangular panels, enclosing shelves and a cellaret drawer, raised on a solid plinth base, 144cm wide.
An Edwardian oak mirror-back sideboard, the back with moulded cornice and open shelf raised on turned supports above a bevelled rectangular mirror plate, the base with Art Nouveau style stamped brass handles to the two drawers, above an open pot shelf, flanked by a pair of arched panelled cupboard doors, raised on bracket feet, 184cm wide.
A French Directoire Mahogany Bow Front Cabinet with a grey veined Carrara marble top and pierced roundel gallery rail. The bow front housing a single long drawer highlighted with gilt brass beaded borders. The two-door glazed cabinet enclosing a single shelf interior and flanked by gilt stop fluted pilasters and curved glazed sides. The inverted cup baluster legs having brass caps and ball feet, 41½ ins (106 cms) in height, 53 ins (135 cms) wide, 22 ins (56 cms) deep.
A Fine Quality 19th Century Floor Standing Direction Pointer. The height adjustable brass feathered arrow held horizontally on a vertical sliding square brass pole surmounted by a foliate cast finial and inscribed; 'Dreyfous Regd. Design 99 Mount St. W'.. The pointer raised on a mahogany centre pedestal incorporating a circular shelf with a pierced brass gallery rail above a wrythen fluted baluster turning, stop fluted columnar section and square plinth base. The flutes adorned with ornately cast rising garlands of flowers and foliage above a laurel wreath collar. Approximately 55 ins (140 cms) in height.
A Fine 19th Century Marble Topped Occasional Table. The rectangular brocatelle marble top edged in ornately cast gilt brass beading and standing on square tapering legs with painted foliate embellishments and satinwood bands leading down the corners to a quadriform under-shelf. The shelf's oval centre panel inlaid with a basket of flowers and edged in foliate cast gilt beading. 28¾ ins (73 cms) high, 19 ins x 16 ins (48 cms x 40 cms).
An Oriental Hardwood Stand. The multifoil marble top inset into a border of carved rosettes and undulating scrolls of foliage meeting a beaded edge. The pierced and deeply carved aprons adjoining the floral carved legs that support a circular shelf and terminate on trifid feet. 22½ ins (57 cms) in height, 22½ ins (57 cms) in diameter.
A Fine & Rare Coromandel & Coconut Wood Side Table. The demi-lune top veneered in coromandel with fine bone inlaid stringing and a cross-banded coconut wood border. The inlaid frieze above slender tapering legs supporting a bow edged shelf. 30½ ins (77.5 cms) in height, 30 ins (76 cms) in width, 14½ ins (37 cms) in depth.
A Small Regency Mahogany Chiffonier. The mirrored back with egg & baluster knopped brass columns supporting a mahogany shelf. The top having a reeded edge above a single cross banded drawer flanked by anthemion appliqués. The door with a brass lattice grille backed in green fabric and ornamented with rosette studs. The pilasters adorned with unusual Egyptian heads surmounting gilded tapering columns of imbricated scales leading down to human monpods. Standing 49½ ins (126 cms) in height, 26½ ins (67 cms) wide, 16½ ins (42 cms) deep.
