A Victorian burr walnut two-section dentist's cabinet, the top section having a cylinder top revealing a mirror above a marble shelf with twelve shelves below, the lower having a pull-out slide, single drawer and cupboards under. 82x161x44cm A/F. In need of some attention. Damage to top left corner. Appears to have had a gallery (now absent), two missing handles to drawers. key in top lock is stuck and the lock non-functional. No additional keys present to test other locks. Plinth base has glue residue where attached to base unit. Back caster is detached but present.

A VICTORIAN ASH AND MAHOGANY WARDROBE OR COMPACTUM MID 19TH CENTURY The left and right doors opening to a shelf and hanging rail, the central mirrored door opening an arrangement of slides and drawers 222cm high, 225cm wide, 61cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and useOverall the surface is 'dry' and would benefit from a sympathetic polish, Some chips, losses, splits, cracks, joints opening, the handles have losses, the mirror plate is old and probably original - some marks and light bloomThere are holes to one side, this has probably had hanging hooks screwed to it at some point and latterly removed. A 19th Century mahogany Glazed Bookcase, the moulded cornice, above pair of glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves, with folded silk back lining, the base fitted pair of panel doors enclosing single adjustable shelf, raised on plinth base, 7ft 5in High x 4ft 3in Wide x 1ft 7in Deep.
An early 18th century Welsh oak cwpwrdd tridarn with upper shelf above middle section, with pair of cupboard doors, on a base of two fielded and panelled doors with carved motifs, initialled 'GFW', on stile feet, 179 x 174 x 60cm.Condition Report: Overall good condition, showing slight signs of wear predominantly rubbing to the stained finish in high traffic areas.

Kinneir, John Macdonald. Journey Through Asia Minor, Armenia, and Koordistan, first and only edition [one of 750], London: John Murray, 1818. Octavo, half crushed morocco, rebacked with the original spine laid down, later endpapers, pp. x, 603, separate folding map (dissected & linen-backed), published by Arrowsmith, 3 December 1817, measuring 51.5 x 84cm, a loosely inserted fax from publisher John Murray stating that '750 were published and there were no further editions.' Main contents generally good with handling marks and some early annotation, occasional spots & marks, title with marginal wear & small repair, binding tight & square with wear to extremities, lacking half-title. Housed in a bespoke clamshell box with a folding shelf to hold the map. Scarce
