A bleached mahogany breakfront bookcase, circa 1900, the egg and dart moulded cornice over four arched astragal glazed doors, divided by parcel gilt ionic Greek capitals and enclosing an arrangement of adjustable shelves above central secretaire, drawer with fitted interior and a pair of panel cupboards, enclosing single shelf flanked to each side by a bank of six drawers, all resting on bracket feet, 242 cm wide x 241 cm high.
