A mid 18th century oak tridarn, of pegged construction, the superstructure canopy with a moulded cornice over a single shelf, upon the mid section with two fielded panelled cupboard doors flanking three slatted openwork panels, upon the base constructed with three frieze drawers above a pair of conforming fielded panelled cupboard doors, centred by three further small drawers, raised upon stile feet, 190cm H x 150cm W x 52cm DCondition reportMoulding to the top LHS has been replaced, two repairs to the base top 10 x 8 cms and 16 x 3 cms (see further images).Some wear with losses to both rear legs, later batons added to the inside of both cupboards and the left hand door 'over pivots'(see further images).Brass knob handles appear to be 19th century replacements, locks to the doors and drawer are also later.Drawers have some age/joint splits to the liners, the right and left slatted panels are detached with no hinge pins.General age gnarls and splits throughout, although the cupboard is in good solid condition with only minor repairs and faults.
A 17th Century oak coffer, the three panelled top with moulded decoration on original ring hinges opening to reveal a candle box and small shelf over a carved frieze and three foliate carved panels raised on stile supports 119 cm wide x 56 cm deep x 61 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Signs of old worm throughout, some spots of mould throughout, particularly to the candlebox side. Replacement lock mechanism. Has had an agricultural repair/alteration to the candlebox side. The panels in the top are bowed. Splits to the lining and areas of wear to the dental decoration to the front. Losses to the feet especially back ones. Some splits to the wood. General wear and tear to include knocks, bumps, splits etc conducive with age and use - see images for more details

An Edwardian flame mahogany compactum wardrobe, with satinwood crossbanding and boxwood line inlay, the outswept pediment with dentil moulding, over a pair of cupboard doors, enclosing a single shelf, above a recess and three drawers, flanked by a pair of doors, inset oval glass, opening to reveal hanging rails and coat hooks, raised on a plinth base, 210.5cm high, 192cm wide, 57cm deep.
An Arts & Crafts ebonised occasional table, in the manner of E.W Godwin, circa 1900, the square moulded top above a curved spindle frieze, upon ring turned and incised supports, united by an under shelf, 68cm H x 50cm SqCR; The piece shows a repaired split, surface wear, scratching, dents etc to the top. The leg structure appears sturdy. The lower shelf shows open joints wear it meets the leg structure at the corners, but these are not structural. The rail detail below the top appears secure, but shows and open joint and some loose spindles. The ebonised finish shows fine surface wear, the odd scuff and minor surface scratching throughout.

LTD; a clocking-in timepiece, the chapter ring with Roman numerals, the case with transfer printed glazed door above a cast brass shelf, on plinth base, in oak case, height 97.5cm. Additional InformationThe timepiece is not currently in working order and the movement sits too high so the mechanism does not sit flush with the winding apertures. No key, frame with general wear and scuffs. Attention will be needed.
