A good quality Victorian oak side cupboard in the Flemish taste The whole profusely carved in bold relief with dragon masks, grotesque masks, dolphins, cherub heads, fruit, foliage, ribbons and stylised motifs throughout, the raised back with shelf above the reverse breakfront base section, having two hidden frieze drawers with cleverly disguised lock located within the mouth of the central lion mask, the recessed cupboard beneath enclosed by two sliding curved doors, flanked on either side by carved, turned and fluted columns, raised on elaborate bun feet, width approx. 146cm.
