Lot 127
An extensive 1960's rosewood, mahogany and perspex shelving system with metal wall-mounted uprights and four sections of rosewood panelling, retailed by Heals CONDITION REPORT: From a local house clearance. The non-rosewood sections were possibly added later. The top two shelves in the first picture are simulated mahogany, the remainder are rosewood veneered. See images for the finish on ends of the rosewood veneered shelves. Several of the shelves (currently not built) have sections cut-off (see images). The two downlighters/rosewood shelves with perspex panels are in good condition although working order cannot be guaranteed. The total number of rosewood veneered shelves is 13, together with 4 rosewood panels. The four panels attach to battening on the wall and sit in between the uprights, with the shelves in front. One shelf was modified to stand at right angles to the wall (see images) The orange perspex panel and several white painted shelves, which were used in the original home setting, are also included. The purchaser will possibly need to acquire extra uprights or brackets. Lot 113 came from the same clearance and was hung on the wall with these shelves.

An Edwardian style cross-banded satinwood display cabinet, adjustable shelf interior enclosed by a glazed door with conforming sides below a fluted moulded edge cornice over two deep base drawers inlaid with oval panels and cast brass drop handles all on a plinth base, height 192cm, depth 47cm, width 96cm.

A large Victorian mahogany Wellington chest, eight graduated drawers below a moulded edge top and carved capitals drawers with turned wood handles all raised on a plinth base, together with a matching Wellington type chest with eight false doors opening to an adjustable shelf interior all on aplinth base, 86cm wide (2).
