An 18th Century oak and elm dresser, the two tier boarded plate rack with reeded cornice over three drawers and two cupboard doors flanking a central plain panel, raised on a plinth support, 160 cm wide x 53 cm deep x 198.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Signs of old worm throughout. Has clearly been restored / revarnished at some point. There is a large replacement in the bottom right hand section in the bottom right side corner area and the moulding on the same side has been replaced. Replacement handles. There is an area of patching on the left hand front side as you look at it and possibly replacement moulding on the left hand side as well. Back boards are gappy and coming away in part. Clearly had hooks / screws at some point which have been removed. Patched section on the top shelf and missing section of moulding on the second shelf. Wear and tear conducive with age and use to include losses, patches, surface scratches, staining and discolouration, etc. See images for more details.
A circa 1900 pine dresser, the boarded three section upper shelf unit with arched decoration over three pairs of panelled cupboard doors, raised on a plinth base, 322 cm wide x 63.5 cm deep x 244 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The top and base appear to be a marriage. The top of the base comes off and there is a secondary top / worktop that goes in around a Belfast sink. Has had some repairs. Top possibly had doors at some point which have been removed and filled. Top arches are replacements. The base has water marks on it throughout. Some splits, knocks, areas missing. One cupboard door on the left hand side - unable to open - appears to be locked. No key evident. Solid and sound in structure. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for more detail.
A 1930's walnut Art Deco "Cloud" table, the quartered top above two side slides and open side shelves, the front and back with enclosed shelf over a full length undertier, 78 cm wide x 51 cm deep x 62 cm high CONDITION REPORTS There is damage to the veneer throughout including some areas of chipping, surface scratches, knocks, discolouration, etc. Appears to be structurally sound. There is cracks on the vertical of one side's brashing slide and on the other side there is a gap between the join of the top of the book hole and the side. No evidence of woodworm. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for more details.
A 20th Century green lacquered and chinoiserie decorated cocktail cabinet in the Georgian style, the upper section with two cupboard doors enclosing a shelf and two drawers over a slide and two short over three long drawers raised on bracket feet, 93 cm wide x 43.5 cm deep x 161 cm high CONDITION REPORTS A modern piece missing the brass fastening to the front. Damage to the decoration and lacquer throughout espeically on the top curls. Sections of moulding missing on the back right-hand side. Knocks and bumps throughout. No mirror.
