A Victorian Rosewood Cabinet by Howard & Sons, the moulded cornice above a glazed door enclosing glass shelf above a quadruple turned column support, the base with frieze drawer flanked by carved rosettes of square form and a panelled door, all raised upon ring turned spiral legs, the drawer stamped Howard & Sons, Berners Street, 54 cms square x 206 cms tall
A good Victorian burr walnut and gilt brass mounted breakfront open bookcase, 142cm wide. Condition Report: Commensurate with age and use. Top has various gouges. Some loss of veneer to base corners. Some fading to lower half, Ormolu mounts dull. no sign of worm damage. Shelf depth measurements Central 27cm; Outer 22cm
A CHINESE HARDWOOD CABINET, with two doors opening above an unusual mirrored gallery fitted with four glass fronted and calligraphy decorated drawers, above two further doors opening to reveal a shelf , the shelf fitted below with two drawers, 33in(84cm) wide x 14.2in(36cm) x 60.7in(154cm) high.
Victorian mahogany bookcase on cupboard, architectural pediment above two astragal glazed doors covering three adjustable shelves, base with single drawer, turned handles cedar drawer linings, two single panel cupboards covering single adjustable shelf 36cm (34in) wide. 213cm (84in) high. Condition report: Overall good.
Arts & Crafts sideboard in the manor of Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple, Devon. Dentil cornice above bevel plate glass mirror with pot shelf below. Base with two short drawers above two single doors flanking central repousse copper panel. Original copper finished handles, brass lever locks. 168cm (66in) wide. Condition report: Left hand door has had bead to closure damaged. Shelf to same side has been raised by installation of two brackets which could easily be removed and returned to the original position.
A Chinese Chippendale display cabinet, leafy edged square plateau supported by fretworked pylon and S-form supports to pediment, pierced three quarter gallery over three shelves, display plateau to top shelf, fretworked sides, projecting base, gadrooned border, blind fretworked frieze, tapering square supports. 181cm high x 102cm wide x 40cm deep.
