A Regency mahogany breakfront secretaire bookcase, early 19th century and later’, the detachable cornice over bar glazed doors, enclosing adjustable shelves, the secretaire drawer with eight internal drawers, above a pair of panelled doors, enclosing a shelf and tray, flanked by further cupboards, 201cm wide, 55cm deep, 214cm highCondition report: Later elements and alterations throughout. Crack to glass on left hand door. Veneer lifting, with losses and split throughout. Secretaire drawer base split. Cornice slightly bowed. Knocks and wear throughout. Doors later, along with locks. Numerous alterations and ages throughout. The piece splits into seven sections: three bottom sections, three upper sections and the cornice.
