A Mintons part dinner service, with ozier moulded borders, gilt rims and enamelled in puce camaieu with winged cherubs at various persuits, impressed marks and printed retailers mark for John Mortlock, comprising an oval serving dish, a covered bowl, seven dinner plates and ten soup plates, together with a box from the same service containing heavily damaged components (one shelf and one box)Condition report: One large oval serving plate in good condition, another large oval serving plate sge stained and with numerous stapled repairs and hairline cracks, ten soup dishes, all in good condition, one tureen and cover, the cover with repaired handle, the base with numerous scratches and rubbing, another tureen base with extensive stapled repair, four further soup dishes each with hairline cracks, chips and staining, 31 dinner plates, in varying degrees of condition, most serverly age stained and with extensive hairiline cracks, chips and stapled repairs

The shelf supports are crude. The cornice is saparating at the corners. Decorative moulding on the lower section is loose. One or two scrapes and scuffs. The bookcase will split into two section. Lower section is 118cm by 43cm by 74cm. The upper section is 118cm by 43cm by 177cm.

An early 20th century walnut chiffonier base, the moulded top above blind fret carved frieze decorated with scrolling acanthus leaf on lattice ground above a pair of glazed doors, fitted with a single shaped shelf and flanked by open shaped shelves with mirrored panels, all on shaped apron and raised on acanthus leaf carved cabriole legs to scrolling peg feet, 101 x 122 x 41cm (af). CONDITION REPORT The top has been crudely restored with a very heavy stain and is rather patchy with scratches and discolouration, the doors are slightly warped and do not sit in closed position, further surface wear throughout commensurate with age, both flanked sections are lacking portions of the pierced decoration to the upper section.

An Edwardian walnut inlaid four-tier whatnot, each tier supported by wrythen turned supports, with urn and foliate inlay to each shelf, to four turned supports, 138 x 65 x 28cm. CONDITION REPORT Overall used condition with fading, staining, scuffs, scrapes, etc throughout. The uprights also have minor losses throughout.
