An early 19c eight day longcase clock with a 13" arched painted dial signed Jas.Leithead, Galashiels and having floral corners and a painting in the arch entitled `Come Under My Plaidy`. It has seconds and date rings and matched brass hands. The oak case has swan neck pediments to the hood and fluted columns flanking the dial, the trunk has fluted quarter columns to the corners and a trunk door with a thick rectangular panel below. The base is plain with bracket feet, 84" tall overall.

An eight day longcase clock, the associated arched brass dial signed Thos. Pinfold, Middleton Chainey and dating from the late 18c. The dial has a moon phase in the arch and seconds and date rings and has female head spandrels (date and moon phase inoperable). The oak case has a new backboard and its hood has a full arched top and attached columns on the hood door. The trunk door has an arched top and raised edge moulding and the base and plinth are plain, 86" tall overall.

A late 18c eight day longcase clock by Robert Honey of London, the 12" arched brass dial having floral spandrels, a strike-silent to the arch and a centre date hand. The mahogany case has a pagoda top (since cut down) and brass reeded fluted columns flanking the dial. The hood sides have wooden sound frets. The long trunk door has an arched top and raised edge moulding and the base has a raised central panel with edge moulding and a double plinth, the lower one with a wavy edge, 90" tall overall.

An exhibition quality 1in scale model of a Wallis & Stevens road roller ‘Advance’, built by the late Mr L.O.Gibbs of Hailsham, East Sussex having gas fired boiler with fitted sight glass, pressure gauge, steering wheel with direct shaft to bevel gear and worm steering. The twin cylinder engine with trunk guides, balanced crank, cab lever for Stephenson’s link reverse, hand brake, ratchet oiler, flywheel with gear driven water pump and return flow control valve to belly tanks, rivetwork, water drain point and safety valve. The model is finished in maroon, red and green paintwork with polished copper, brass and brightwork. The fitted corrugated canopy being sign written ‘L.O.Gibbs, Hailsham -East Sussex - Contractor’. Radio control equipment is built into the underside of the canopy and the model comes with a radio control hand set. Model 33cm high, 27cm wide, 60cm long

A 3in scale model of an S Type Marshall 5 nhp steam roller, built by Mr B Burrows of St Helens with steel boiler built by A J Glaze Ltd of Wolverhampton for Live Steam Models. The roller with single cylinder 2in bore by 21/2in stroke with trunk guide, safety valves, ratchet oiler, cylinder drain cocks operated from the driving position, regulator, sight glass, pressure gauge, water pump, injector, blower, disc flywheel, spoked steering wheel and brake fitted to back wheel. The model finished in green, red and black paintwork with polished brightwork. 50cm wide, 140cm long. Boiler History: Original test certificate from A J Glaze Ltd, Wolverhampton No 657, built November 1993. Hydraulic Test pressure 225 psi. Current boiler hydraulic test certificate from Northern Association of Model Engineers valid until the 17th of April 2011 at 180 psi working pressure. Steam test valid until 18th of April 2010 at 110 psi.

Engine details including twin cylinders with trunk guides, water pump with linkage to ratchet operated lubricator, bypass, gear levers and chain drive to rear axle, Chassis detail including channel section frame Ackerman steering, cast wheels with solid rubber tyres and brass hub caps, working leaf springs, hand operated back brake rear axle differential unit, water tank with hand feed pump. Flat bed with upholstered driver’s and passenger seat, cab roof, polished hardwood planking to lorry body on channel chassis frame. The wagon finished in lined blue livery, 56cm wide, 185cm long. No boiler history available. Inspection stand. Some parts have been removed for steam test, which never took place, canopy, tinwork and safety valves present.
