Great Western Railway 12 inch mahogany cased drop dial trunk fusee railway clock with a large rectangular plated chain driven fusee movement which at some time also drove a slave dial. The case has a four piece wooden surround, two side access doors that have been replaced and a bottom door with a lock, the GWR ivorine clock numberplate GWR 29 is screwed to the left hand side. The original dial has GWR in the roundel style and has had some light restoration. A nice example in restored working condition complete with pendulum and key circa 1880, two labels inside read restored by G.H. Tucker Dawlish 1976 and From Bodmin Rd Station Cornwall.

Movement appears uncleaned, is untested and sold as seen. Case has been repolished as some stage. Very minor losses to blind fretwork, otherwise sound. Sold with key, winder, two weights and pendulum with intact feather.
