Condition Report The dial is 13 inches diameter, 33cm. The condition is good. Dial and case in good condition. Weights and pendulum are present. Nice case.

A comprehensive selection of wartime memorabilia relating to RAF W O James Brown 1514855 comprising standard-issue battle dress tunic with patches, ribbon bar and trousers, the Observer's brevet, a collection of uniform insignia and patches comprising four Navigator 'N' brevets, two Observer 'O' brevets, two Flight Sergeant rank badges, two W.O. cloth rank badges, one W.O. brass rank badge, one W.O. brass cap badge, one RAF ORs brass cap badge, one cloth W.O. cap badge and three brass side cap 'Eagle' badges, an interesting album of wartime and postwar photographs, personal and aircraft reconnaissance and correspondence, a selection of wartime publications including Longmans 'The Morse Code', c 1941, 'Instrument Flying' and others, a framed photograph of 489 Squadron Air Crew RNZAF at RAF Dallachy, c1944 and a pair of RAF 'Escape 'boots, c1943/44, all contained within an RAF issue wooden trunk issued to James Brown on his return home from a posting to India at the end of the war, with internal canvas suit carrier. CONDITION REPORT The trunk is showing signs of woodworm.
