Dame of Sark interest - an early 19th century inlaid mahogany North Country eight day longcase clock by Thomas Dodson of Leeds, with bell strike movement fronted by an arched painted Roman dial signed 'Dodson Leeds', with painted floral urn spandrels and cornucopia to arch, subsidiary seconds dial at 12 and date dial at 6, the case with swan's neck pediment on turned columns, the trunk with crown-top door within kingwood and mahogany cross banding, on an inlaid roundel base with bracket feet, 92in. (234cm.) high. * Provenance: Previously owned by Dame Sybil Hathaway, the Dame of Sark and purchased at auction by the current owners in Guernsey.

A pair of Japanese red ground cloisonné vases Meiji period (1868-1912), unmarked, of slender ovoid form with waisted neck, the red ground, decorated with butterfly / butterflies around a fenced in acer tree with various flowers at the base, the neck and foot rims with ornated decorated bands, 12in. (30.5cm.) high, one a/f. (2) *Condition: The first - with two large impact marks, to upper ovoid body, one to the left and one above the larger butterfly, each going through the enamel work to main body, approximately 1 to 2 in. in size, the base with fracture crack above foot; The second - with horizontal enamel surface hairline approximately 1in. long, upper trunk area above butterfly, another running vertically on red ground approximately 2in. long, enamel chip marks to swish on flower decoration, probably done in manufacturing, single air bubble type inclusion to middle of body.
A late 19th century French wall clock with barometer and thermometer the mahogany and stained beechwood case with balustrade top with turned finials, over a shaped, panelled trunk with fluted columns and foliate carving, the pressed metal dial with French enamel Roman numerals, over a mercury thermometer and aneroid barometer beneath, the twin train movement striking the hours on a single gong, 36in. (91.5cm.) high.
An early 19th century Channel Islands eight day mahogany longcase clock the bell strike movement fronted by a painted Roman arched dial, signed 'Poignand Jersey', with painted vine fruit spandrels and exotic pheasant and floral spray to the arch, a further pair of birds to the centre, the case with broken arched hood with later brass ball and eagle finials, over a trunk with broken arched door, the plain base with bracket feet and wavy apron, 95in. (241.25cm.) high.
A small group of 19th century boxes comprising a Tunbridge ware rectangular trinket box, the cover delicately inlaid depicting a floral spray within a border, 2¾in. (7cm.) long; Tunbridge ware matchbox cover, the top decorated with perspective cube/tumbling blocks geometric design; circular rosewood snuff box, the cover with applied white metal floral and foliate decoration, 3 7/8in. (10cm.) diameter; miniature tortoiseshell travelling trunk/casket form trinket box, the hinged cover with applied white metal plate, 2 3/8in. (6cm.) long. (4) *Condition: All in very good condition, no major splits, very light wear.
A Channel Islands mahogany eight day longcase clock by Thomas De Garis of Guernsey mid-19th century, the silvered arched Roman dial with subsidiary seconds, date aperture, engraved foliate and roundel spandrels and an engraved eagle and 'Tempus Fugit' banner to the arch, the dial signed 'Thos. De Garis, Guernsey', the case with swan neck pediment centred by a gilt brass eagle finial over an arched glazed door flanked by turned pillars, the cross banded trunk with shaped arched door, on a plain base, 86in. (218cm.) high, lacks plinth.
Late George III mahogany longcase clock, the silvered dial with ship automata to the arch, Arabic and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and date aperture, signed George Parker, Wisbich, the broken arch hood with fretwork and brass finial surmount above flanking side pilasters, the trunk with reeded corner quarter pilasters flanking an arched panel door above a conforming plinth baseCase generally in clean condition but has been restored.Think the dial etc has not been altered, movement possibly not original to case.Dial is not completely circular and diameter ranges from 11.75ins to 12ins
