A 20th Century Continental Model of a parrot on a tree trunk, decorated throughout in colours, (losses to tips of wings and tail), cross swords mark to base and further numbered 20, 12 ½” high Condition: Also two claws damaged, branches damaged. Smith & Son of Walton, an early 19th century oak and mahogany crossbanded longcase clock, the painted face supporting a twin train striking movement under an arched hood with swan's neck pediment, the trunk and base with shell inlay decoration CONDITION REPORT: face with chips and some re painting, case with wear and losses, no guarantee as to working order. Belgian school, large mid 20thC art drawing of a stone horse head (believed to be a Parthenon sculpture - Chariot of Selene), on paper, signature upper right Renelde Herbeuval (just below visible tear on edge of sheet). Pencil/charcoal. Sheet 74 x 71 cm. Vendor has some provenance on the collection of drawings to which this belongs. They came direct from a Belgian furniture sale (found in a trunk) with Belgian Academie Des Beaux Arts certificates (not included in the sale) which were dated between 1948- 1950 for two artists, all the work appears to be by one or the other. Some light scuffs/marks/tears to sheet. Can be rolled for shipping. Condition: as found
