A 19th century oak longcase clock, by Robert Law, Castle Douglas, the arched and painted Arabic dial with central subsidiary date and seconds dials, above a painted scene, Scottish Landscape with figure, flanked by a pair of reeded columns and surmounted by a swan neck pediment, below is an arched trunk door flanked by conforming engaged columns, on a moulded box base and bracket feet, 214cm high.
A George III oak longcase clock by Humphreys of Hartlepool, the hood with cavetto cornice above turned free standing columns flanking the door, the trunk with arched door, the plain base box raised on bracket feet, the 11" painted dial, signed and with vermicular spandrels, Roman numerals and Arabic minute markers, subsidiary dial for seconds and for date, signed, the eight-day movement with anchor escapement and four knopped pillars, striking on a bell, with two weights, pendulum and winder, 49cm wide x 26cm deep x 196cm high.Movement/dial likely a marriage with case. Cheeks adapted to support seat board. Back of main case possibly replaced. Case showing typical signs of age throughout but structurally sound with good colour and figuring. No evidence of worm. Movement winds, runs and strikes. A few small areas of re-touching to the dial.
A 19th century inlaid oak painted dial longcase clock, faintly signed George Ellis, Oakengates, the swan neck pediment above an arched door flanked by fluted full columns, the trunk inlaid with a classical patera above a shaped cross-banded door with shell patera, flanked by fluted corner pilasters, the plain canted base box raised on bracket feet, the 14.25in dial with fruit spandrels, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds at 12, the arch painted with a rustic maid with rake in a landscape, the eight day movement with four knopped pillars striking on a bell, with two weights, pendulum and winder, 57cm wide x 27cm deep x 226cm high.Not running but movement appears intact and reasonably clean. Missing hood finials. Some veneer lifting in places to hood. Old split to base box front timber. Scuffing and chipping to feet. Dial fair with some faint cracklure becoming more pronounced in places. Some wear to numerals and minutes track. Evidence of soldering/repair to hour hand.
An 18th century oak 30hr brass dial longcase clock by Thomas Dicker of Silchester, the hood with ogee cornice above a plain frieze and turned 3/4 columns, the trunk with plain door on a plain base box with later plinth base, the 10in brass dial with moulded corner spandrels, silvered Roman chapter ring and a single hand, the centre signed Tho.s Dicker SEN.r, Silchester, the 30hr birdcage movement striking on a bell, with pendulum and weight, 47cm wide x 26cm deep x 189cm high.
A George III oak brass dial 30-hour longcase clock by Samuel Harley of Salop, the hood with scroll pediment and brass finials above a blind fretwork frieze and fluted full columns, the cross-banded trunk with conforming door over a cross-banded base box raised on bracket feet, the 11in dial with moulded corner spandrels, silvered chapter ring with black Roman numerals and Arabic minutes track, the silvered centre inscribed Sam.l Harley to a scroll cartouche and with a calendar aperture, the 30-hour movement with four knopped pillars, striking on a bell, 51cm wide x 25cm deep x 215cm high, with single weight and pendulum.
A George III oak brass-dial longcase clock by William Draper of Waldon, the arch-top hood with three-quarter pilasters to the door, the trunk with moulded and arched door, above a plain base box, the arched brass dial signed to an oval cartouche, above the chapter ring with black Roman numerals and Arabic minute track, subsidiary seconds dial under 12 o'clock and calendar aperture above 6 o'clock, the five-pillar eight-day movement striking on a bell, 49cm wide x 24cm deep x 202cm high.
A Georgian oak longcase clock, the later painted circular dial named for Johnson of Chesterfield, bearing Roman and Arabic numerals, date aperture, thirty hour movement with bell strike, the hood with swan neck pediment, and brass capped fluted columns, the trunk of plain form, raised on bracket feet, with weight and pendulum, 216cm high.
A Georgian oak and mahogany cased clock, by J N Veron Hinkley, with an enamel dial bearing Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, decorated with painted flowers and fruit, chain driven 30 hour movement with bell strike, the broken arch pediment above a hood with brass capped fluted columns, the trunk of plain form, with boxwood inlaid motif depicting birds surrounded by leaves, with weights and pendulum, 201cm high.
A late Georgian mahogany longcase clock, by John McNiesh of Culross, the break arch dial painted with a lady holding an anchor, floral spandrels, circular dial bearing Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and date dials, eight day movement with bell strike, the domed hood raised on turned columns, trunk with a bow fronted door, raised on bracket feet, with one weight, 215cm high.

The Cyril Kempshall Fairground collection-A 1/17th Scale model of a fairground cakewalk, hand built and hand painted in the 1980s over a period of years . The detail of the cakewalk c 100cm long and 42cm at the widest point. The cakewalk has a mechanism and the toy model needs putting together as currently packed in parts with some structural damage the construction needs placing back together. The unit includes many hand painted signs and accessories and doll figures . Please see all additional images and a wooden chest carrying trunk comes with the construction set. (1 + chest)

A METAL DEEDS TRUNK DATED 1886 TOGETHER WITH AN 19TH CENTURY LEATHER BUCKET, the bucket height is 32cm x diameter 29cm around the top, with a black painted metal band, metal handle and copper studding, a hand painted tin cash box, four vintage brown leather handmade messenger/briefcases with twin handles, a small similar styled leather hand bag, the black painted metal trunk has two handles a chrome clasp and painted 1886 to the front, width 37cm x depth 37cm x height 29cm (8) (Condition report: the trunk is scratched and has a few dents, leather bags are aged, varying degrees of wear, the leather bucket has some damage around the rim and rusting to rivets where handle is attached)
