LATE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY OAK AND MAHOGANY CROSSBANDED LONGCASE CLOCK, with Halifax rolling moonphase, signed Lister and Bromley, Halifax, the 12 1/2" silvered dial with rolling moonphase and subsidiary date dial to the foliate scroll engraved centre, enclosed by scroll pierced gilt spandrels and powered by an eight day movement striking on a bell, housed in a base with swan neck pediment, blind fret carved frieze and fluted, free standing fore columns, over a long trunk door with wavy top, flanked by fluted quarter columns and raised on a conforming base with chamferred fore corners and ogee bracket feet, 90" (228.6cm) high
LATE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY MAHOGANY CROSSBANDED OAK LONGCASE CLOCK with rolling moonphase, the 13" painted Arabic dial with moonphase aperture to the centre and floral spandrels, powered by an eight day movement striking on a bell and housed in a caddy top case with scroll painted panel and free standing turned fore columns, above a long trunk door with shaped top and raised on a conforming panelled base with chamferred fore corners, 85" (215.9cm) high, (lacks feet)
