The dial and movement believed to be original to each other and the case. On early oak seatboard with no evidence of packing. The dial and silvered chapter ring with much accretion of dirt and grime, the seconds hand detached but present, sold with the original or early pendulum with brass faced bob and two brass sleeved lead weights. Consigned by the executors and from the same source as many of the more interesting items in this sale.
