EARLY LOUIS VUITTON TRUNK a circa 1930's Louis Vuitton Steamer Trunk, the leather and wooden trunk with brass locks and an internal lift out tray. Stamped on each end with the initials St G for the St George family. The brass lock stamped, Louis Vuitton, New Bond St London, Paris, 07551, the brass clasps stamped LV, and with an original Louis Vuitton label inside, 736327. 76cms across, 49cms deep, 58cms high *This trunk was commissioned by the St George family, and has remained in the family since the 1930's.

The trunk with shaped top door flanked by reeded quarter pilasters, on a plinth base. 19¼ins wide by 82ins.
