Original watercolour Paintings by Vic Welch. A total of six, unfinished paintings all approximately 20" x 13½" and in various state of completion, a couple having subject on both sides. Together with a small trunk full with cuttings, photographs and other printed locomotive material catalogued by company, as used as reference material by the artist. Also a collection of brushes that the artist used to execute the paintings and probably many others. A wonderful insight into the technique and artistry of this famous Railway Painter and Illustrator. These items have been entered by the son of Vic Welch.
