Baille 1810) a fine mahogany crossbanded oak Longcase clock with a brass 13" breakarch dial, having dolphin scrolls flanking the circular named boss to center of breakarch and classical cast and fretted spandrels, seperate chapter ring with Roman Numeral hours and minute markers ( Arabic numerals at every 5 minutes) inset calendar dial at 12 and seconds dial at 6 , the hood with reeded columns, swan neck pediment , long crossbanded shaped top trunk door, reeded quater columns flanking trunk , surmounted with a dentil cornice to top of trunk, the 8 day movement striking on a bell, 90" high CONDITION: Please Note - we do not make reference to the condition of lots within catalogue descriptions.
