* Elvis Presley signed security shirt with badge A Las Vegas Hilton security shirt with multi-coloured Hilton logo print. These special, rare shirts were worn exclusively by the Wells Fargo Security Service members to distinguish them from Elvis' personal security members. The shirt has a gold Wells Fargo Services Security badge attached to it number 76752. When The Hilton changes its name to The International, the security shirts were sent by the Management to a charity sale. It was discovered that this particular shirt prior to being offered to the charity was signed by Elvis Presley on the left breast pocket. A mounted albumen print of the England team of 15 players in their England colours and caps, on the occasion of the match against Scotland on 5th March 1877, approx. 19 x 23.5 cm, neatly captioned in ink at head, mount somewhat soiled, together with another similar albumen print group photo of the England team and of similar vintage, similar size, no caption or date, mount spotted and sl. damaged at corner, plus an autograph letter from the Secretary to the Rugby Football Union, dated February 1887, to an unnamed player [possibly C. J. C. Touzel or H. Springmann], inviting him to be first reserve forward for the England v Scotland match at Manchester on 5th March, one page, integral blank pasted to album leaf, plus the photograph album of Charles J. C. Touzel including an albumen print team photo of the England v Scotland 1887 team, dressed in casual wear, photo somewhat marked and faded, names identified in ink beneath, an albumen print team photo of Cambridge Rugby Football team in full kit, plus an albumen print photo of Wells Town Rugby football team, four further group photos of Cambridge students in suits and bowler hats, three of these with ink name identifications beneath, all prob. late 1870s, plus numerous window-mounted cartes-de-visite of family and fellow students, many with ink name identifications loosely inserted, plus another cartes-de-visite album relating to the Touzel family, some with pencil name identifications, both contemp. morocco, with clasp, rubbed, 4to, plus a few related news cuttings pasted to three album leaves Charles John Cliff Touzel (1855-99) studied at St. John's College, Cambridge, in the mid 1870s. He played rugby for England twice, in the first two of the fifteen-a-side matches, on 5th February 1877 against Ireland, and a month later on 5th March against Scotland. The news cuttings include several mentions of H. Springmann and a match report for the England v Scotland game in March 1887 in which he played as a forward. The Cambridge University Rugby Union Football Club had been founded in 1872 and the CURUFC officials helped to formulate the laws of the game. (8)
