The avant-garde movie follows several residents (known as "Warhol's superstars") at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City. Alan Aldridge's iconic and striking black-and-white design is possibly the most sought-after art movie poster image of the late 60s. Warhol even stated his love for Aldridge's design, saying he "wished the movie was as good as the poster".
