Walter Geikie R.S.A. (Scottish, 1795-1831), A Market Scene, and The Gossips, a pair, each signed lower right, pen ink and wash, framed. 13cm by 16cm and 13cm by 18.75cm (2). Note: Walter Geikie is best known for his drawing and print-making. Born in Edinburgh, he was rendered deaf and dumb as a two-year old. He went on to do much to further deaf education and signing in Edinburgh. His drawings and prints are often humorous depictions of everyday life.
•Calum Colvin R.S.A. (Scottish, b. 1961), Portrait of Sir Walter Scott, limited edition digital print on canvas, signed verso, dated (20)02 and edition number 2/10. 102cm by 82cm. Note: this work forms part of a series of large digital prints on canvas based on James McPherson's "The Poems of Ossian and Related Works" (1765). These works formed the core of Colvin's Exhibition "Ossian, Fragments of Ancient Poetry" commissioned by the National Galleries of Scotland in 2002. This lot may be subject to ARR.

1937 London Underground Metropolitan Line CAR DIAGRAM (map) for compartment stock showing the lines to Watford, Chesham and Aylesbury from North Harrow through the Chiltern Hills. Both the line and the early LT bullseye are coloured green. Print-code: 37-4607-3,000. Printed on thick card, size: 24.5" x 8.5" (62cm x 21cm). Folded once vertically and a little damp ingress at the lower edge but generally in good, ex-use condition. [1]
