•LARRY SMART (1945-2005) 'JIMI HENDRIX' signed and numbered 14/300 to the margin, screen print in colours, 121cm x 91cm The artist admired Hendrix as a musician and by framing Hendrix with flames he references his track 'Fire' (1967), his stage performance of setting his guitar on fire, as well as the way his luminous but all too short career set the world alight. This striking image of Hendrix was one of a series of large posters made by this artist: the others include Frank Zappa, Mick Jagger and John Lennon.
1960s silk jersey mini dress from Emilio Pucci, for Saks, Fifth Avenue, bird of paradise design in pink, tomato, lime and pale green, the signature Emilio appearing from time to time across the print. The dress is cut straight with short sleeves, band at the neck and zip to the back, a couple of places where a stitch is needed but no damage to the fabric (size 6-8 approx)
